At BloomChic, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for a package-free drop-off at participating locations.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
